Foundations that do not meet the minimum standard shall be replaced. <br />Practical, cost effective repairs are acceptable as long as compliance <br />with the minimum standard will be achieved. <br />• If the project involves a gut rehab, raised foundations shall be <br />completely insulated. <br />Concrete • 2,000 PSI (minimum). <br />EXTERIORCOVERINGS_ <br />Minimum Standard • Safe, structurally sound and watertight. <br />Rehabilitation • Exterior walls that do not meet the minimum standard shall be replaced. <br />Practical, cost effective repairs are acceptable as long as compliance <br />with the minimum standard will be achieved. <br />• If the project involves a gut rehab, all exterior walls shall be insulated. <br />I <br />Minimum Standard . Doors shall be impermeable <br />(primed and painted). <br />• Five or more years of practical utility. <br />Rehabilitation • Garage doors and openers that do not meet the minimum standard shall <br />` be replaced.
