15 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 5 ‒ The State Application Process | 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />Application <br />Submission <br />Subrecipients must submit an electronic copy of their <br />completed FMFW to their Program Representative for <br />review no later than fourteen calendar days before the <br />final Application due date. After the application is <br />approved, all electronic copies of the FMFW, along with <br />the required documents must be emailed, with original or <br />electronic signatures, by the application due date. During <br />the application process, if it is determined all allocated <br />funds cannot be expended by the end of the period of <br />performance, inform your Program Representative as soon <br />as possible. The completed application documents should <br />be received by Cal OES no later than the date provided in <br />the FY 2022 EMPG Timeline, referenced as Attachment B. <br />Late or <br />Incomplete <br />Application <br />Late or incomplete applications may be denied. If an <br />application is incomplete, the Program Representative <br />may request additional information.
