Uniforms/Dress Code: A student has the right to dress in a manner consistent with his/her gender identity, <br />subject to any dress code adopted on a ROP site. <br />Payment and Refund Policy <br />• Once a student has made a course payment, that payment is not eligible for a refund. If you decide to <br />drop a course, then you are not required to make any future payments. <br />• Full payment does not guarantee that the course will be held. If the minimum number of students <br />necessary to hold the course is not met, the course will be canceled, and you will be issued a full refund. <br />• If you would like to withdraw from the course before it begins, you must do so by emailing <br />studentportal@nocrop.us or calling (714) 502-5840 at least 48 business hours before the start date and <br />time of your course. Processing time <br />will vary depending on your bank. <br />Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Cash Refunds: Qualifying refunds are processed and mailed within 14 days <br />of approval. <br />Deferments are on case -by -case basis, depending on the administrator's approval. A $25.00 fee will be <br />administered upon any chargeback for disputed claims. <br />All students must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions above prior to registering for any NOCROP <br />adult course.
