Medical Terminology <br />New Medical Terminology students start every Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Terms. <br />COURSE DESCRIPTION: <br />This course is designed to introduce students to medical vocabulary and the terminology of body systems. The <br />fundamentals of word stems, prefixes, and suffixes used in medicine, as well as anatomical and physiological <br />terms, are taught. Using hybrid instruction, learning takes place through a combination of traditional and online <br />classroom instruction.
