C. Pressure Washing <br />The contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation to <br />perform the cleaning services as set forth herein. <br />1. Pressure Washing: Power washing with the use of hot high-pressure water sprayer (which <br />shall include high pressure hot water washing) for the 100% removal of dirt, stains, oil, tar, <br />and residue to present a high -quality appearance following each visit. <br />2. Accumulated water remaining after the cleaning shall be removed completely so no puddling <br />exists. <br />3. During regular cleaning operations, the contractor shall use high pressure, low -volume <br />washers, and steam cleaner as necessary to thoroughly clean surfaces. Contractor is not <br />expected to steam clean all surfaces during regular cleaning operations, but shall use a steam <br />cleaner to clean sections of hardscapes when pressure washers are not sufficient to <br />thoroughly wash surfaces. <br />4. The nozzle pressure of equipment shall not be so great so as the dislodge tile/paver grout or <br />cause damage to hardscape or surfaces. <br />5. All trash, debris, tar, freestanding oil, grease, liquids, "green waste, "food, cigarette butts, <br />stains, liquids, graffiti, blood, bird defecation, feces, vomit, broken glass, and other materials, <br />substance, and contaminants shall be removed from hardscape and park amenities upon <br />completion of power washing. <br />6. Contractor shall provide monthly pressure washing schedules. <br />7. The Contractor shall pressure wash each each designated area with the following recurrence <br />a. Weekly Basis <br />i. Gazebos or Patio Structures <br />ii. Benches, BBQ's, picnic tables, drinking fountains, other park amenities <br />iii. Playgrounds, equipment and surface <br />iv. Exercise Equipment and surfaces <br />V. Restroom perimeter to include the exterior of the building and the <br />hardscape with 25' radius <br />a. Bi-Weekly Basis <br />i. Sports Courts (Tennis, basketball, volleyball, handball to include the court <br />walls, etc.) <br />ii. Trash Receptacles <br />iii. Bleachers to include 25' radius around locations <br />iv. Dugouts and benches <br />V. Doggie Stations <br />vi. Kiosk and Educational Signs <br />RFP 23-151 Landscape Maintenance Services Page 56 of 135 <br />
