a. The contractor shall, within 30 calendar days of the effective date of the Contract, <br />submit all work schedules to the CR(s) for review and approval. Said work schedules <br />shall be based on a twelve-month calendar and be in a format approved by the City. <br />b. Any other activities that the Contractor performs on a regular or semi -regular basis, <br />as determined by the City, will require a schedule to be submitted upon request by <br />the City. <br />c. The contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs <br />substantially from planned performance. Said revisions shall be submitted to the <br />CR(s) for review and if appropriate, approval within five (5) working days before the <br />scheduled time for the work. <br />d. At the discretion of the City, monthly meetings (or at an increased frequency if <br />deemed necessary by the City) between the Contractor and the CR(s) may be <br />scheduled to determine progress and address any changes in schedules, problem <br />areas, etc. <br />e. Changes or variations in scheduling may be necessitated by City special events, <br />recreation classes, reservations, etc. The contractor shall adapt any or all schedules <br />to the City's requests. <br />2.4 Non -Interference <br />The Contractor shall not interfere with the public use of the sites and shall conduct its operations as to offer the <br />least possible obstruction and inconvenience to City employees and the public or disruption to the peace and <br />quiet of the area within which the services are performed. <br />In the event of recreation programming issues, special events, etc., the Contractor may be required to alter the <br />schedule to avoid interfering and may be required to return at a later time to meet the task and frequency. <br />2.5 Consumable Materials and Supplies — Contractor -Supplied <br />The contractor, as a component of the cost proposal, shall provide all of the following items: <br />a. Trash can liners (except at the zoo facility) <br />b. Cleaning agents, spotting agents, polishes <br />c. Disinfecting cleaning agents <br />d. Cleaning -related supplies <br />e. Chemicals (as specified) <br />f. Pest/weed control chemicals (as specified) <br />g. Annual plant materials or any plants that die due to delayed irrigation repairs <br />h. Mulch/topdressing per the contract specifications <br />
