8- Both ISIS and Hamas execute their rivals without a fair trial. Hamas executed a group
from the Fatah movement and ISIS executed officers, soldiers and tribal sheikhs in Syria
and Iraq.
9- Both ISIS and Hamas adopt a policy of oppression, intimidation and displacement,
violating all divine laws and human e0118titutions.
10- Both ISIS and Hamas violate human rights by using destructive weapons. Hamas
strikes Jews and Muslims living within the 1948 borders with missiles, which leads to the
destruction of homes, schools, hospitals, etc., and ISIS destroys cities and homes occupied
with inhabitants with heavy artillery and mortars.
I I- Both ISIS and Hamas believe in genocide. Hamas believes in the annihilation of the
Jews and all those who oppose its terrorism, and ISIS believes in the annihilation of
Shiites, Sunnis, Yazidis and others, violating the words of Allah Almighty: Whoever kills
a .soul rtnless for a soul, or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain
mankind entirely. [The Holy Quran, 5:32].
Charge No.15: Hamas and The Holy Month of Ramadban
It is known that the month of Ramadhan is the Holy Islamic month, and a month of fasting
for Muslims. It is one of the most revered months in all countries. It is also the month in
which Satan and his army are chained and prevented from harming Muslims, except for the
Satan of Hamas. As in most Ramadhans, Hamas engages in the forbidden act of war, and
fires rockets targeting civilian areas. spreading terror and fear which makes the other side
respond, claiming the right of self-defence. Hamas rockets not only disrupt the security of
the region, but also the sanctity of the holy month, robbing people of the spiritual
atmosphere and their focus on worship.
30
