Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. Provider shall conduct various non credit classes for adults ages 18+. <br />B. Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be <br />designated by the City or (2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class <br />session or term, including the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, <br />and holidays to be observed, in accordance with City's needs. <br />A. The City is the owner of Corbin Center located at 2215 West McFadden <br />Avenue, the Southwest Senior Center located at 2201 West McFadden Avenue <br />the Santa Ana Senior Center located at 424 West Third Street, the Garfield Center <br />located at 501 N Lacy Street, the El Salvador Center located at 1825 W Civic <br />Center Drive, and the Jerome Center located at 726 South Center Street, all in the <br />City of Santa Ana; <br />B. Santa Ana College is a community college and its facilities includes the <br />Digital Media Center and Centennial Education Center in the City of Santa <br />Ana, California; <br />C. Santa Ana College, School of Continuing Education provides classes and <br />programs, free of charge, to the community and has the capacity to offer classes <br />at Corbin Center, Santa Ana Senior Center, the Southwest Senior Center, the <br />Garfield Center, and the El Salvador Center; <br />D. Classes and programs include but are not limited to: English as a Second <br />Language courses, Older Adults Program courses (Music, Art, Seminars, <br />Health Aging, etc.), Leadership courses, and Career Education courses. <br />E. City acknowledges the community need for classes and programs, such as <br />those offered by Santa Ana College, at locations that are more accessible and <br />comfortable for City residents, in particular the City's senior residents. <br />INSTRUCTOR: Santa Ana College Instructors <br />LOCATION: Santa Ana Senior Center, 424 West 3rd St, Santa Ana, CA <br />• Santa Ana College continuing education classes will hold classes on a <br />weekly basis for a period of 8-16 weeks at a time. <br />INSTRUCTOR: Santa Ana College Instructors <br />LOCATION: Corbin Center, 2215 West McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, CA <br />• Santa Ana College continuing education classes will hold classes on a <br />weekly basis for a period of 8-16 weeks at a time. <br />INSTRUCTOR: Santa Ana College instructors <br />LOCATION: Southwest Senior Center, 2201 West McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, CA <br />Santa Ana College continuing education classes will hold classes on a <br />A- <br />
