Provider shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, records and personnel. <br />Provider shall be responsible for clean-up of the facilities and materials and shall ensure <br />the safety and effectiveness of instruction. <br />D. Facilities Use Agreement with RSCCD for, the Facilities that would otherwise be open <br />and operating during the times that classes will be provided. The City is not requiring <br />RSCCD to pay a facility use fee to provide the courses offered herein. <br />CLASS SIZE <br />A. Each class should have a minimum of 20 students, unless otherwise agreed upon a <br />different ratio. Classes with fewer than 10 students may be cancelled. <br />B. Registration is open throughout the course of the class unless capacity is reached.If the <br />minimum registration has not been reached by the second class the class may be <br />cancelled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services for the cancelled <br />classes. <br />CLASS FEES <br />A. Classes will be offered free of charge to participants. There will be no exchange of <br />compensation between the City and the Provider. <br />B. Only registered participants may participate in class. <br />A- <br />
