Habitat for Humanity-Inclusionary <br />Housing Fund (Inclusionary); (3) HOME <br />Housing ($565,271) and a 99-year ground lease agreement for 416 Vance Street <br />Investment Partnerships Program <br />and 826 N. Lacy Street (Appraised Value as of Oct 25, 2018: $578,000). <br />(HOME); (4) Community Development <br />WISEPlace Permanent Supportive Housing- HOME -American Rescue Plan <br />Block Grant Program (CDBG); (5) Project <br />($5,256,327); Twenty-five (25) PBVs. FX Residences- Housing Successor Agency <br />Based Voucher Program (PBV); and (6) <br />($1,656,947), three (3) PBVs, 99-year ground lease agreement for 801 E.
