Bewley Street, following the issuance of a Request for <br />Proposals (RFP # 22.119) in October 2022. The RFP was issued to provide funds <br />to develop an affordable housing project for homeless transitional -age youth in <br />the City of Santa Ana with available funds from the Homeless Housing, <br />B. Once per year, issue a Request for <br />Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Program, and Project -Based Voucher <br />Proposals (RFP) for the development of <br />Program. The Department of Housing and Community Development required <br />affordable housing in the city. Proposed <br />that the HHAP Round 1, 2 and 3 funds made available in the RFP be used for <br />developments may be for acquisition <br />transitional -age youth. Therefore, the RFP required that a portion of the units <br />and rehabilitation of eligible properties <br />must be designated for homeless transitional -age youth (TAY) aged 18 to 24 <br />for rental and/or ownership housing; <br />years old.
