A B I C I D 8 Program Implementation Status pursuant to GC Section 65583 Housing Programs Progress Report Describe progress of all programs including local efforts to remove governmental constraints to the maintenance, improvement, and development of housing as identified in the housing element. 9 10 1 2 3 4 11 Name of Program Objective Timeframe in H.E Status of Program Implementation In July 2023, the City authorized a pre -commitment of $2,021,319 in Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention funds, and eight (8) project -based vouchers for Illumination Foundation for the development of the Intergenerational Housing Project located at 918 N. Bewley Street, following the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP # 22.119) in October 2022. The RFP was issued to provide funds to develop an affordable housing project for homeless transitional -age youth in the City of Santa Ana with available funds from the Homeless Housing, B. Once per year, issue a Request for Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Program, and Project -Based Voucher Proposals (RFP) for the development of Program.
