Item # 29 <br />Community Development Agency <br />May 7, 2024 <br />Slide 19 <br />The Archways <br />•In May 2022, City Council approved $3,904,341 in funding for the development of <br />the Archways @ 2530 & 2534 Westminster Avenue including: <br />–$2,003,705 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds, <br />–$1,514,113 in Inclusionary Housing funds, and <br />–$386,523 in Rental Rehabilitation Program funds <br />•The project includes 84 new affordable units and 1 manager’s unit, with fifty-eight 3- <br />and 4-bedroom units for large families, and twenty-six permanent supportive <br />housing units for persons experiencing homelessness.
