Washington Ave. including: <br />–$3,007,489 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds, <br />–$1,637,420 in Neighborhood Stabilization Program (“NSP”) funds <br />•The project includes 85 new affordable units and 1 manager’s unit, with forty-two 2-, <br />3-and 4-bedroom units for large families, and forty-three permanent supportive <br />housing units for persons experiencing homelessness.
