Item # 29 <br />Community Development Agency <br />May 7, 2024 <br />Slide 21 <br />RFP for <br />Affordable Homeownership Opportunities <br />On October 20, 2023, the City issued an RFP seeking proposals from <br />qualified firms (Developers/Proposers) for the development of affordable <br />homeownership opportunities in the City. <br />Proposed developments may be for: <br />•acquisition and/or rehabilitation of eligible properties for ownership <br />housing units; <br />•acquisition and conversion of non-residential property to ownership <br />housing units; <br />•and/or new construction of housing units for ownership housing. <br />The available funds for this RFP includes: <br />HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME): $8,360,632
