Written reports of any repairs or modifications to the irrigation system shall be <br /> turned monthly to DR. Failure to do so may delay payment of invoices. <br /> 2. Examples of other written reports Contractor shall provide are: <br /> a. Monthly irrigation system audit sheet <br /> b. Irrigation zone narratives, shall keep a plot plan at the controllers <br /> (when applicable) <br /> c. Irrigation material purchase request (if applicable) <br /> d. Create and maintain an inventory log of irrigation equiptment <br /> components throughout the city, by District. <br /> B. Irrigation Schedules <br /> 3. Contractor shall provide an Irrigation Controller Program Log for each manual <br /> controller by area within thirty (30) days of the start of the Contract. Any changes to <br /> the regular schedule shall be reported to the CR immediately and recorded on the <br /> Irrigation Controller Program Log. <br /> 4. Contractor shall provide to the City a schedule of all manually-watered areas, <br /> including those where use of a vehicle is required, within thirty (30) days of the start <br /> of the Contract.
