a. The contractor shall, within 30 calendar days of the effective date of the Contract, <br /> submit all work schedules to the CR(s)for review and approval. Said work schedules <br /> shall be based on a twelve-month calendar and be in a format approved by the City. <br /> b. Any other activities that the Contractor performs on a regular or semi-regular basis, <br /> as determined by the City, will require a schedule to be submitted upon request by <br /> the City. <br /> C. The contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs <br /> substantially from planned performance. Said revisions shall be submitted to the <br /> CR(s) for review and if appropriate, approval within five (5) working days before the <br /> scheduled time for the work. <br /> d. At the discretion of the City, monthly meetings (or at an increased frequency if <br /> deemed necessary by the City) between the Contractor and the CR(s) may be <br /> scheduled to determine progress and address any changes in schedules, problem <br /> areas, etc. <br /> e. Changes or variations in scheduling may be necessitated by City special events, <br /> recreation classes, reservations, etc. The contractor shall adapt any or all schedules <br /> to the City's requests. <br /> 2.4 Non-Interference <br /> The Contractor shall not interfere with the public use of the sites and shall conduct its operations as to offer the <br /> least possible obstruction and inconvenience to City employees and the public or disruption to the peace and <br /> quiet of the area within which the services are performed. <br /> In the event of recreation programming issues, special events, etc., the Contractor may be required to alter the <br /> schedule to avoid interfering and may be required to return at a later time to meet the task and frequency. <br /> 2.5 Consumable Materials and Supplies — Contractor-Supplied <br /> The contractor, as a component of the cost proposal, shall provide all of the following items: <br /> a. Trash can liners (except at the zoo facility) <br /> b. Cleaning agents, spotting agents, polishes <br /> C. Disinfecting cleaning agents <br /> d. Cleaning-related supplies <br /> e. Chemicals (as specified) <br /> f. Pest/weed control chemicals (as specified) <br /> g. Annual plant materials or any plants that die due to delayed irrigation repairs <br /> h. Mulch/topdressing per the contract specifications <br />
