Include Family Locker Room <br />o Staff Offices <br />o Life Guard Office <br />o Break Room <br />o Pool Equipment Room (Mechanical) <br />o Pool Storage Room <br />• Swimming Pool <br />o New 25' x 50' meter pool, with 7'0" depth <br />o Tall Portable Guard Chairs <br />o Area for Bleacher Seating <br />Site Components may include, but is not limited: <br />• Splash Park Area (approximately 1,000 sf) <br />• Sports Courts (Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, Pickle Ball) <br />• Fitness Equipment Area <br />• Band Shell and Lawn Area <br />• Picnic <br />• Open Space <br />• Walkways, Lighting <br />• Park Signage <br />• Site Furnishing (benches, picnic tables, trash receptacles, dog waste stations) <br />• Historical Marker or dedicated area as "living memorial" to incorporate intention and <br />dedication by former Governor Earl Warren. <br />• Storm Water Mitigation <br />• Waster Wise Landscaping and automated irrigation <br />Consultant shall also consider circulation, security, visibility, emergency action procedures, <br />lighting, ease of equipment servicing and delivery, maintenance when laying out functions. <br />Consultant shall also look to Memorial Park's history to draw cues and inspiration for the park's <br />redevelopment. <br />Note: Minor changes to plans and the preparation of the specifications may occur during the RFP process <br />without notice to the prospective proposer, however, selectedfirm will have access to the latest documents <br />once the RFP has been awarded. <br />Consultant Responsibilities <br />The Consultant's responsibilities shall include the following project tasks: <br />The required services by the Construction Manager (who will be performing plan checking services), the <br />Inspector, and the Contract Administrator may include the following: <br />Task 1: Constructability Review <br />The required services by the Construction Manager and the Inspector will be involved in the review of the <br />project deliverables which includes, but is not limited to, the following <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 24-041A <br />Page Al-2 <br />
