Gentlen~en: I have made an official inspection of the Grand Opera House and I find the building absolutely safe to carry the live load to its seating ca~acity with perfect safety; but the exits are inadequate in case of any stam- pede that is liable to happen iu any public building. On motion of Alderman, seconded by Greenloaf and carried, it is ordered that a com:~ttee be appointed to draft an agreement between the Board of Trustees of thc City of S~uta Ama, and ~;eesrs.
