Santa Aha,Cai.June 2§, 1913, You ar~ iiereby notifed~ that there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Ssnt~ Aha, in the ~ity Hall, on June 28,1915, at ?:30 o'clock D.m~ of that day, to take action on measures to make the Grand Opera House in said City safe and to take ~ction in considering the acceptance or rejection of a stipulation between L~essrs. W.P. Lutz and ~.A. Ulm for the selection of a disinter- estod architect empowered to ~'~mine and report ~he condition of said Opera House as to the safety and how it may be rendered safe as a public theater. Grubb, Ey end the Clerk. d~ly seconded ~nd carried, the was passed and adopted and ordered AGR~EE~T. and entered into this 25th day of June 191z, by and between the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, as herein- after nmmed, parties of the first par~, and ~.F. Lutz and N.A. Ulm as parties of ~he s6cond part, Witnesseth: That dif?er~noes in opinion as to the safety of the Grand Opera House in said Oity have arisen and it is the desire of all the parties hereto to settle said differences and reach an amicable adjustn~ent thereof which will permanently settle said ~uestion and absolutely safe guard the Datron~ a~s of said Opera House; Nov/ therefore, it is agreed that there shall be submitted by said first party the following .~estions to Frank D.
