On motion the applications of Robertson Packard Company to install electric signs on 4th Street were granted and ordered referred to the B~ilding Inspector and City Engi- neer. # The petition of T Shannon et al, to construct cement curbs on both sides of North Ross Street, between 5th Street and Hickey ~treet, was on motion referred to the Street Comm~ittee.
