Resolution Mo.558, a Resolution of the City of Santa Ana~ determining and declarinE that the public interest public n~cessity of the City of Santa Ana,~a!ifo~nia~. de~nd the construction, improvement and extension of the W~ter Works of said 0ity, 'including the purchase of a boiler and ~um, mains and pipes, and the cost of laying the same, to- gether with the necessary machinery and ai~aratuS for ~m- ~roving the water system of said ~ity, also apparatus for the ir.~L, rovement of the Fire ~e~c, rt~.~ent o£ ~aid City,in- cluding the purchase of an auto truck, and fire hose, for s~id Fire Departn~ent, the cost of which municipal i~L~rrove- ment ¥~ill be too great to be p~id out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of the City of Santa Aha, was on mo~ion referred to the 0ity Attorney.
