Noes, None. Absent, Trustee Greenleaf. # On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, an invitation is extended to all religious and civic bodies and organizations to submit names from which a censor commission shall be named, names to be sub- mitted October 20th, 1915, at 7:30 p.m. # On motion of MoPhee,duly seconded and carried, the City ~ngineer is directed to prepare plans and speci- fications for curbs for both sides of lest l~ifth St. between Garnsey Street and Baker Street, and the Oity Attorney ia directed to prepare a resolution of inten- tion. A request fromM rs. Robt. 0rockett, asking permission to remove S trees at the corner of Sixth and ~arnsey Streets and to replace them with walnut trees was on motion of McPhee referred to the Street Comities with power to act. # On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, the City Clerk is instructed to advertise for bids for steel filing oases in the offices of the Oity Clerk and Water Department, and the Oity Assessor's office. Bids to be opened November 3rd, 1913, at 7:30 p.m., the right to reject any and all the Board reserving bids. On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, it is ordered that an appropriation of $600.00 be made to and advertising the Chamber of Commerce to cover band ooncerte~during past summer, amid appropriation to be payable not earlier than ~ovember 1913. On motion of Alderman, dui7 seconded and carried, it is ordered that a o~mittee be appointed to purchase a heater and boiler for the Oit7 Fire Department at a cost not to exceed $30.00. The following committee were appointed to purchase the same, Trustees Alderman, and Grubb and Superintendent Reid.
