In Re Censor <br /> <br />In R2e Curbs <br /> <br />Fifth Street <br /> <br />In Re Removal of Trees <br />Cot. 6th and Garnsey <br /> <br />In Re St.~el Cases <br /> <br />In Re Appropriation <br />Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br />In Re Fire Heater <br /> <br />For Fire Depar%n.ent . <br /> <br /> piotuxes and performances, and creating a censor <br /> commission for certain purposes, was read and on <br /> motion of McPhee, seconded by Grubb, palmed and adop- <br /> tedby the following vote to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Alderman, McPhee, Grubb and 47. <br /> <br /> Noes, None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustee Greenleaf. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, an <br />invitation is extended to all religious and civic <br />bodies and organizations to submit names from which a <br />censor commission shall be named, names to be sub- <br />mitted October 20th, 1915, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />On motion of MoPhee,duly seconded and carried, the <br />City ~ngineer is directed to prepare plans and speci- <br />fications for curbs for both sides of lest l~ifth St. <br />between Garnsey Street and Baker Street, and the Oity <br />Attorney ia directed to prepare a resolution of inten- <br />tion. <br /> <br />A request fromM rs. Robt. 0rockett, asking permission <br />to remove S trees at the corner of Sixth and ~arnsey <br />Streets and to replace them with walnut trees was on <br />motion of McPhee referred to the Street Comities with <br />power to act. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, the <br />City Clerk is instructed to advertise for bids for <br />steel filing oases in the offices of the Oity Clerk <br />and Water Department, and the Oity Assessor's office. <br />Bids to be opened November 3rd, 1913, at 7:30 p.m., <br /> <br /> the right to reject any and all <br /> <br />the Board reserving <br />bids. <br /> <br />On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, it is <br /> <br />ordered that an appropriation of $600.00 be made to <br />and advertising <br />the Chamber of Commerce to cover band ooncerte~during <br />past summer, amid appropriation to be payable not <br />earlier than ~ovember 1913. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, dui7 seconded and carried, it <br />is ordered that a o~mittee be appointed to purchase <br />a heater and boiler for the Oit7 Fire Department at a <br />cost not to exceed $30.00. <br /> <br />The following committee were appointed to purchase the <br />same, Trustees Alderman, and Grubb and Superintendent <br />Reid. <br /> <br /> <br />
