In Re Sale of Bonds <br />Water and Fire <br /> <br />In Re Drainage E~st <br />First Street <br /> <br />In Re Accident Board <br /> <br />In Ro Traffic Ordinance <br /> <br />In Re Street Talking <br /> <br /> On motion the City Clerk is directed to advertise the sale <br /> of Water and Fire bonds. Bidders to accompany each bid with <br /> a certified check of § per ~ent of amount of bid, said bids <br /> to he opened January 5th, 1914, at 7:~0 p.m. <br /> <br /> Clerk is directed to advertise for ZO days. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the <br />recon~endation of the City Engineer for a drainage on ~ast <br />First Street along the property of the Santa Aha Wholesale <br />Grocery Company to Walnut Street with the re2uest that the <br />Santa Fe Rw. Oompany put in a pipe under their tracks to <br />accon~,odate such drainage ,was accepted. <br /> <br />On motion the City Clerk was directed after request from <br />the California State Accident Commission to furnish them <br />data in compliance with their recent com,,_~nication. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded and carried, Trustee McPhee, the <br />City Clerk, and the City Attorney are appointed a committee <br />to prepare a traffic Ordinance for the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />On motion the Police Force are instructed to enforce those <br />provisions of the City Ordinances prohibiting the blocking <br />of sidewalks. <br /> <br />Approved: -~~. r~tees <br /> <br /> <br />
