An ordinance of the city of Santa Aha, <br />to ~rotect pavements under construction was read and motion <br />of Alderman, seconded by Grubb, passed and adopted by the <br />followin5 vote,to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes;- Alderman, McPhee, Orubb, and Ry. <br /> <br />Nos:- Oreenleaf. <br /> <br />It havin& been re~6rted to the Board that the Washington <br />School House was in an unsa"e condition, Oity ~nEineer <br />Bonebrake, Building' Inspector Decker, and ~.O.~ranzen, <br />were named a committee to investigate and report. <br /> <br />Mr. 0hamplon submitted a proposition for the heating of the <br />City Hall with natural gas, the matter~s on motion referred <br />to Trustees Greenleaf and McPhee. <br /> <br />Mr. Ohapman al~pcared before the Board and asked permission <br />to build a shed-roof out.of corregated iron to be installed <br />on the West side of the barn located on the Northwest corner <br />of Second and Main. On motion duly seconded andcarried <br />the request was ~ranted. <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb , seconded by McPhee , Trustees Orubb and <br />Alderman named a c o.m~ittee to confer with officers of the <br />S.A.V.I. Os., to arrange in reference to the ~ates on Santa <br />Fa. St., with the view of changing them so that they will not <br />interfere with the drainage of Fourth to F~rst Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb s d~ly 'seconded end carried, Trustees <br />Grubb, Alderman and McPhee are named a committee to meet <br />with officials of the P.g.
