The applicant agrees not to conduct the rink not later than 10:30 P.M. on motion of Greenlsaf duly seconded and c~rried the request was granted. The application of W.H.Liggit for the installation of a tortable skating rink at the corner of Ft£th and Garfield streets was on motion denied. An application was presented for a moving picture license for a place to b~ established near the old Harris House. On motion duly seconded and carried the application was referred to a eonm:fttse :onsisting of Trustee Gr~enleaf, Fire ~hief Young, and Building InsTector necker. # Mr. Aiken ai.l~ea~ed before the =card and conTlalued against the Fire Department failing to answer the fire alarm call for a fire at the race track. On motion duly seconded and~rried the ~atter was r3f'~rred to a committee consisting of Alderman and Grubb. On motion duly seconded and carried the street sul:orintendent is authorized to employ some one to tri~. trees along th~ oitl, streets. The cost of the same to be born by the public utility corl.orations whose wires are affected by the san.e.
