R. <br /> <br />10 W. S.B.B.& M., and Sulivan St. of Santa Aha Acres; thence <br />running westerly over the pro.perry line to the Santa Ana <br />River, was presented to the Board, on motion of Grubb, <br />seconded by McPhee and carried, the petition is referred to <br />a committee consisting Sf Trustees Grubb, Alderman and Ey, <br />and the President of the Board is authorized to sign the <br />petition in behalf of the Board of Trustees if the CO~lnittee <br />report fav¢.rably upon petition. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />Mr. Alexander from the post off, ce appeared before the Board <br />and suggested that all streets in the City be re-numbered <br />and that First and Main ets., be selected as the center; <br />the committee appointed to investigate this matter asked for <br />further time and the same is granted. <br /> <br />Mr. Decker, Building Inspector, appeared before the Board, <br />and stated that the foreman of the L'ngstrum Coml, any asked <br />that the Board pay for a new concrete surface in the alley <br />back of the ~armers & Merchants National Bank. On motion of <br />Alderman, seconded by McPhee,the request imperiled. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The request to remove a ~alm tree at the corner of Ninth and <br /> <br />Spurgeon ets., was on motion referred to the Street Committee <br /> <br />wirer to act. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The request of <br />from ~irst St., <br /> <br /> the Crandall .Paving Co., to,close French St., <br /> <br /> to Third St., for the purpose of paving was <br />on motion of Grubb, seconded by Alderman , granted, provided <br />however, that all public utilities be granted the time allowed <br />for putting in pipe lines. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, seconded by MoPhee and carried, the <br />request of the 0randall Paving Co., for the paving of Chest- <br />nut Ave., from the Pacific ~lectric 1~. to Halladay St., <br />was deferred. The property owners are to be notified t~ <br />put in sewer connections and curbs and all public utilities <br />notified to put in pipe line and the S.A.V.I.Go., to be <br />notified to lower their pipe line. <br /> <br /> <br />
