OBrien was instructed to have in use as many of the City teams as possible for hauling off rubbish on Clean Up Day, Saturday, May l~th. ~he motion of Trustee MoPhee that the President appoint a committee in reference to having the band stand in Birch Park painted was duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and carried, President Vlsel In Rs 14th and Spurgeon ets. ~n Re Garfield Pavement In Re Oil on Edinger St. appointing Trustee MoPhee a~ On motion of Trustee McPhee, such committee. duly seconded and carried, that a committee be appointed in reference to preparing a Deed for the purpose Of straightening out conditions on 14th and Spurgeon Ste. President Visel appointing City Attorney Scott, Engineer Bonebrake and Sewer Supt. Reid as such committee. On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, Street Supt. OBrten was instructed to see that the repairs of pavement on Garfield St. between 6th and Stafford ets. were proper1 made according to agreement between the paving contractors and the Board am a committee of the whole. The motion of Trustee NcPhee that the City stand half of an approxi mateaof $225.00 for oiling and shaping up the gravel of Edinger St. for that portion within the City limits, was duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. Reid was ln. tructed to repair and re-grade the sewer North of the new bs~ement of the Rutherford Bldg. 4th and Sycamore, property owners to pay expenses on time and material basis.
