Minter and Pomeroy of the Park Committee were before <br /> the Board in reference to payin-g the Park Custodian <br /> <br /> $125.00 per month, all extra labor for the upkeep of parks <br /> to be paid by him. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly second. <br /> ed by Greanles~f, this recommendation was accepted to be paid <br /> as follows: $100.00 from the General Fund and $25.00 from <br /> the Park Fund per month. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf the <br /> bond of the P.E. Ry. Co. with the United States Fidelity & <br /> Guaranty Co. as surety, the same covering Ordinance No.62~, <br /> adopted and passed by the Board Sept. 24, 1917, was referred <br /> to the President of the Board for approval. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee, the <br /> monthly reports of the City Recorder,Bldg. Inspector,Fire <br /> Chief and Marshal were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt, the <br /> Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer for <br /> all demands as audited. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs, the <br /> <br /> contract of agreement with the School Board in reference to <br /> to <br /> leasing for well purposeeAthe Water Dept. part of the Llncol: <br /> <br />School grounds was referred back to the City Attorney for <br />correction. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee MoPhee that the President appoint a <br />committee to investigate the conditions for handling the <br />refuse from the cannery on East First Bt. and the o~u~e of <br />waste water running on Main St. from the Dairy &t First and <br />Main, was duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf, and carried, <br />Trustees MoPhee and Greenleaf being appointed as such com- <br />mittee. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded and carried, Trustees McPhse and <br />Greenleaf were appointed a committee to purchase a can for <br />refuse to be placed on Broadway near 4th, and four cane for <br />paper to be placed on 4th St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhes, duly seconded by Tubbs, City <br /> <br />Engineer Bonebrake and City Attorney Scott were instructed <br /> <br /> <br />
