On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt, City Attorney Scott wa~lnstructed to prepare an Ordinance regu- lating the time of buxnin$ tru~ a~d rubbish. The motion of Trustee Tubbe that the committee on public bulldlng~ have the roof of the City Jail repaired before fall rains set in, was duly seconded by Maryatt and oarrSed. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Grssnleaf Street Supt. OBrien wa~ instructed to see that the necessary sidewalk repairs are made at First & Main, Second amd Main, amd in front of the C~dillac Garage. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by McPhee, the Hoosier Vuloamizing Works wu granted permission to hang a small sign over the door in front of their place of business at No.ll8 West 3rd St. The motion of Trustee Maryatt that a committee be appointed in reference to investigating a trade of the Sewer Farm for the ol& fair grounds, wu duly seconded and carried. President Visel appointing Trustee Maryatt u such committee. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs,Street Supt. OBrien was authorized to put in cement waterways on North side of Hlckey at Flower and Garnsey Sts. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee, the Street Supt. wu instructed to remove the Welcome Sign on the North Main St. brdige. R On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoBhee Water Supt. Reid wu granted permission to leave the State for three weeks.
