Trustees Greenleaf, Tu~bs <br /> and McPhee, and ~ter Supt. Wray were appointed as such <br /> committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Msryatt, <br /> and passed by the following vote: Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, <br /> McPhee,Green~eaf, Maryatt, and Visel, Noes,Trustees None, <br /> City Attorney Scott was instructed to take the necessary <br /> steps to start legal proceedings to open Myrtle St. from <br /> Floc, er to Shelton. And on motion of Trustee Tubbe,duly <br /> seconded by McPhee that the services o~ Col. S.H.Flnley <br /> be en~aged to ~urnieh the necessary figures and data for <br /> the City Attorney in the opening of Myrtle ~t. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Tubbs, that <br />in the future paper and trash that can be burned be dumped <br />on that part of the 6 acres not tillable and owned by the <br />City on West First ~t. Tin cane, etc. to be dumped on <br />~lver bank as in the past. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt, <br />Sanitary Inspector Chandler was instructed to advertise <br />twice a week for one month, the days ~arbage and trash <br />will ~e collected in certain districts. <br /> <br />In Re Trustee Tubbs,made a verbal report on matters pertaining <br /> <br />Report on outfsll sewage condition to co-operation with Orange, ~naheim and Mu]lerton for an <br /> <br />N. ~ain ~t.bridge <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Name plates, <br /> <br />outfall sewer reporting progress being made and committees <br />being appointed in the different cities. Bridge plates were misspelled, and that he thought <br />the proper wordinog of same should be "Erected by the ~lty <br />of ~anta Ana, 191g," and on motion by him, duly seconded <br />by Greenleaf~he removal of the present name plates be made <br />and that proper ones be substituted for same be left in the <br />hands of a cozmittee. The President appointing Trustees <br />Tubbs and McPhee as such committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
