The above recommendation was <br /> adopted on motion of Trustee McPhee duly seconded by <br /> Tubbs and carried. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Maryat <br /> and carried City Recorder Heathman was granted a two <br /> weeks leave of absence. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Maryatt duly seconded by Tubbs <br /> and carried Street Supt. O'Brien was authorized to <br /> purchase a oar of ~J~ crushed rock for the Street Dept. <br /> <br /> on motion of Trustee McPhee duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> carried Trustee Msmyatt was appointed a committee of <br /> one to purchase new flags for the City Hall building, <br /> Library Building, Water Works and City Barn and hang <br /> them to suit himself.. <br /> <br /> On motion of Tr~tee Maryatt duly seconded by Greenle~ <br /> and carried Wells and Breseler were granted permission <br /> to close Birch St. between 5th and 6th in order to pay <br /> said portion of street under specifications <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs <br /> and carried Street Supt.
