Keeley as City Motorcycle <br />accepted on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly <br />Maryatt and carried. <br /> <br />The offer of C. A. Keeley to sell his motorcycle to <br />the City for $450.00 was on motion of Trustee Tubbs <br />duly seconded by Maryatt referred to a committee. <br /> <br /> and McPhee being appointed am such <br /> <br />Trustees Tubbs <br /> <br />committee. <br /> <br />In the matter of the application of A. H. Small to <br />move his gas pump and tank and electric sign to 419 <br />N. Broadway. On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconds <br />by Mszyatt the request was granted on the following <br /> <br />conditions: Gas pump and tank to be placed at rear <br />of building and electric sign to be hung subject to <br />the city ordinance and under the supervision of the <br />City Electrician. <br /> <br />The check of Mime ~eonora Thompkins for ~15.00 <br />tendered by her as a Just amount for damaging an <br />ornamental lamp post at 4th & Broadway was on motion <br />of Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by McPhee ordered re- <br />turned and City Attorney instructed to collect the <br />full amount of bill rendered, <br /> <br />The Bond of E. C. Frambes for $500.00 with F. L. and <br />A. Mitchell aa murety for a permit to conmtruct sew- <br />era for a period of one year was on motion of Trustee <br />Tubbs duly seconded by McPhee referred to the Pres. <br />of the Board, with the understanding that before Bond <br />is approved all back bills due the city from Frambes <br />must be settled and a deposit of $50.00 with the <br />Street Supt. must be made. <br /> <br /> A communication from the Chamber of Commerce in ref- <br /> erence to the Sunday Closing of moving pictures, <br /> theatres, pool and billiard halls offered the follow- <br /> <br /> <br />
