Trustee Greenleaf bein <br />added to the committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee duly seconded by Tubbe <br />Street Supt. O'Brien was instructed to repair the <br />culvert at 4th & Birch Sts. at Once and to get sheet <br />aeph~ltum to repair the street if necessary after <br />culvert ia repaired. <br /> <br />Trustee Msmyatt, appointed a~ a committee of one to <br />secure the necessary new flags for the City Hall, <br />Library, Water Works and City Barn Bldge., reported <br />the purchase of same, and on motion of Trustee McPhee <br />duly seconded by Tubbs the committee was discharged <br />with a vote of thanks. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by McPhe <br />that the P/ E. Railway Co. be notified that between <br />the 5th and loth of the month the N. Main St. Bridge <br />would be ready for rails, ties and ballast. Pres. <br />Vieel appointed Trustee McPhee to give such notice. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee <br />seconded by Maryatt <br /> <br />Greenleaf to adJo'omn was duly <br />and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
