On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the request of Chas. Havens to close the alley between Walnut and Pine,Main and Cypress in order to lay cement paving according to the petition granted some time ago. On motion of Trustee Tuobs,duly seconded by Chapman and carried, M.R.Heninger was granted permission to close Ross St. from Camlle to Fairview Ave. in order to have said portion of street paved. On motion of Trustee Tubbe,duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, Street Supt. Hoy was instructed to serve notice on S.S.Finley that the dirt be removed off of East Fifth St.pavlng at a date not later than Saturday evening Nov.29th,1919, or City to Jo the same at, is expense. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, Loan bonds President Mitchell was In Re Light auto camp grounds bonds belonging to the On motion of Trustee the So.
