Davis <br />garage,521 N.Broadway. Crystal Cleaning Co.207 N.Maln, <br />and Cherry Blossom 120 E.~th St. under the supervision <br /> <br />of the City Electrician and City Ordinance. <br /> <br />A communication from E.G.Glenn, Seoy. <br />Co-op. Assoclation,offe~ing to sell <br /> <br /> ~6 the Firemen'e <br />their building on <br />Sycamore and u~ed by the City as a Fire station for <br />$12,000, giving the City until the regular meeting in <br />January 1~20, for & refusal, and giving further notice <br />th&t beginning with Jan.lst,l~20, the rental of same will <br />be S75.00 per month in advance. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the communication was accepted and placed on fils <br />and that & committee be appointed to investigate the offer <br />and ascertain the probable cost of erecting & Fire Station <br />on the city property on Sycamore between 2nd and ~rd Sts. <br />Trustees Dale and Tubbs being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, that a committee be appointed to interview <br />property owners on Mabury St. between let and 4th per- <br />tanning to paving eal~ portion of street, Trustees Greenleaf <br />and Dale being &ppointed a~ such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee Dale duly seconded by <br /> <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to <br />the Tre~urer for $15.00 in favor of <br />Vel.Firemen, extra pay for volunteer <br />at the South Main St. fire. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, the following men were allowed three dollars <br />each for helping at the fire on South Main St.: V.J.Frye, <br />Harold Frye, Herschel Frye,Clove Crow, John Sitton, <br />Rowland Wllkinson, W.R.Coleman, Frank Chapman, F.H.Phillips, <br />Lee Buck, Edward Burns, and Bob Elliott. <br /> <br /> Tuhbs and <br />c~raw & warrant on <br />Earl Glenn Secy. <br />firemen for work done <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs <br />and carried, the Clerk wa~ instructed to return the $?00 <br />cash bond of the L.A.Rubbish Co. <br /> <br /> <br />
