Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by President Mitchell. Present Tubbs, Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf. Minutes of Nov.l?th and 24th approved as rea~. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf a~d oamried, the J.G.Robertson Electric Co. were g~anted permission to install electric signs for Cha~. Davis garage,521 N.Broadway. Crystal Cleaning Co.207 N.Maln, and Cherry Blossom 120 E.~th St. under the supervision of the City Electrician and City Ordinance. A communication from E.G.Glenn, Seoy. Co-op. Assoclation,offe~ing to sell ~6 the Firemen'e their building on Sycamore and u~ed by the City as a Fire station for $12,000, giving the City until the regular meeting in January 1~20, for & refusal, and giving further notice th&t beginning with Jan.lst,l~20, the rental of same will be S75.00 per month in advance. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the communication was accepted and placed on fils and that & committee be appointed to investigate the offer and ascertain the probable cost of erecting & Fire Station on the city property on Sycamore between 2nd and ~rd Sts. Trustees Dale and Tubbs being appointed as such committee. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Chapman and carried, that a committee be appointed to interview property owners on Mabury St. between let and 4th per- tanning to paving eal~ portion of street, Trustees Greenleaf and Dale being &ppointed a~ such committee. On motion of Trustee Dale duly seconded by carried, the Clerk was instructed to the Tre~urer for $15.00 in favor of Vel.Firemen, extra pay for volunteer at the South Main St. fire. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the following men were allowed three dollars each for helping at the fire on South Main St.: V.J.Frye, Harold Frye, Herschel Frye,Clove Crow, John Sitton, Rowland Wllkinson, W.R.Coleman, Frank Chapman, F.H.Phillips, Lee Buck, Edward Burns, and Bob Elliott.
