Board met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by President Mitchell. Present, Trustees Tubbs,Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf. In Re Permit to out curb J.J.De Vaux In Re Request of Evans 8 Wasser In Re Permit to cut curb, Wasser ~ Evans In Re Request of T.H.Fowler In Re Storm water drainage Fairview & Bristol Sts. In Re Jitney bonds In Re Bond of F.T.Lobnow Santa Aha, City Hall, Dec.~th,1919. The application of J.J.DeVaux for permission to cut curb and construct a new driveway at 421 W.4th St. old driveway to be removed and replaced by curb and walk, was granted on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, under supervision of St. Supt. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, Wasser and Evans were granted permission to conduct a garage for the sale of autos and auto parts at 419 E.4th St. and clerk instructed to issue a license for same. The application of Waaser and Evans to cut curb and con- struct an entrance driveway into auto males room at 419 E.4th St. was granted on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried under supervision of St. Supt. The application of T.H.¥owler for permission to cut curb and construct two driveway, on South side of 6th St. one 75 ft. and 100 ft. east of East line of Main St. for entrance into ~and salsa room now being remodeled at 6~h and Main ets. was referred to a committee on motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried; Trusteea Greenleaf and Tubbs being appointed as such committee. A communication from J.M.Akins calling the Board's attention to the bad condition of the storm water drainage ditch along their property at the corner of Falrview and Bristol ets. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the matter was referred to the Street committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Dale and carried, automobile policies from the Cal. Highway Indem- nity Exchange covering bonds for ~11 auto for hire oars licensed by the city was referred to President Mitchell for approval or disapproval. On motion of Trustee Greenl~af, duly seconded by Ohapm~ and carried, the bond of F.T.Lobnow for $500 with the Globe Indemnity Co. aa surety to do electrical work was referred to the Chair for approval.
