65 In Re ~urb & Gutter,Garn~ey St. In Re Hauling of Trash On motion of Trustee Qreenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, cement gutter and curb was ordered in on Qarnsey St. between 3rd and 4th. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale and carried, Street Supt.Ho7 was instructed to figure out a sliding &cale for charging for hauling away trash and rubbish. # In Re On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and Demands carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer for the demands a~ audited at Finance meeting. In Re On motion cf Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and ~onthly reports carried, the monthly reports of the Marshal,Recorder, Fire Chief Building Inspector and Sanitary Inspector were referred to the Finance committee. In Re Resolution No.6]?,ordering the work of establishing and re- Resolution ~637 establishing and fixing and more particularly defining and des- Fixing grade of East let cribing the grade of let St. from center line of Mabury St. on St. the East to the center l~ns of Artesia St. on the West was read, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman, that same be adopted, passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale,Greenleaf & Mitchell. Noes, Trustees None. # In Re A Resolution of the Board confirming the report of the street Resolution No.6~ Supt. as to charges against certain pieces and parcels of la~d pertaining to weed cutting for the removal of weeds and grasses and making the charges therefor a lien on said rieoes and parcels of land, was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by ~reenleaf that same Ayes, Noes, A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to be adopted passed by the following vote: Trustees Tubbe,Ohapman, Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell. Trustees None. adjourn to Monday Deo. Sth, at 7:30 p.m. 1~19, was duly seconded by Dale and carried.
