On motion of Trustee Tubbs and duly eee©nd~by.~hapman and carried, petition granted and Wells & Bressler granted permission to proceed wL~h the work. # On motion of Trustee Tubba duly second by ~hapman and carried Mr. Hughes was granted permission to keep the skating rink in the Armory Hall open after 12 O'clock wednesday night Dec. 21,191~, in order to skate the old Ye=r out and the New Ye~ in. On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly second by Chapman and ca~rled G. E. ,ogart was granted a permit to conduct a rooming house known a~ the Lacy Apartments, license for sams to be made in the name of G. Trustee oreenleaf and Tubbs and $1ty ~ngineer Hoy were appointed as such committee. # on motion of Trustee $reenleaf duly second by Trustee Tubbs and carried by the fol owing to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, oreenleaf and ~itohell, Noes, Tzustees none. City Attorney Scott was instructed to draw up a Resolu- tion of Intention under the 1~11 a~t for paving Fourth Street from French Street to Santa Fe Railway tracts, and Oity Engineer was instructed to draw up the necessary plans and profiles forths same. On motion of Trustee ~hapman duly second by Dale and carried ~lty Attorney Scott was instructed to draft a ~ranchise with the Pac. Tel. ~o. granting the City ~to use their poles in maintaining the 01ty Fire Alarm system.
