Boyle <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to pave Par ton St. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapmen, duly seconded by Dale and <br /> carried, Caldwell Bros. & Wood were granted a permit to <br /> demonstrate an auto top dressing at the Union 011 Station, <br /> 1~0 N.Main St. subject to the City license Ordinance. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> A petition signed by a number of property owners on Highland <br />Highland St. between Flower and Bristol ets.asking & permit to gravel <br /> <br /> e~n la ft. strip on the above portion of street,property owners <br /> to fttrnish gravel on street, city to grade the same. <br /> <br /> The petition wee granted on motion ~ Trustee Greenleaf, duly <br /> seconded by Chapman and carried. <br /> . <br /> <br /> A communication signed by some of the property owners on East <br /> Fourth St. between French and the Santa Fe Ry. asking that the <br /> Board take the necessary steps to have that portion of the <br /> Street re-paved, the expense to be borne in accordance with <br /> whatever policy the Board may adopt for the re-paving of stresS1 <br /> previously improved by property owners. , <br /> The motion of Trustee Greenleaf,that the petition he granted <br /> was lost not receiving a second. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and <br /> carried, the request of Chas. Bev£s to place 'No parking' <br /> signs in front of the Hoosier Vulc. Works on West ~rd St. <br /> was denied. <br /> <br /> A petition signed by a majority of the property owners on <br /> Patton St. lying between Hiokey St. on the South and Washington <br /> Ave. on the North asking that the above portion of street be <br /> paved according to Specifications No.~2 and Resolutions ~$1 and <br /> 5~4.
