Santa Aha, City Hall, Nor,lOth,1919, 7;30 p.m. Board met in special called session. A notice having been served upon each individual member at least three hSurs before t~e calling of such special meeting said notice having been signed by the President of the Board of Trustees and the purpose of said meeting to-wit:"for the purpose of deciding upon tbs purchase of a truck and trailer for the Health Dept; to advertise for sale of garbage~and to advertise for sale of street sweepings and barn fertilizer% Present, Tubba, Chapman, Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell. Meeting called to order by the President. In Re Sale of City Garbage In Re Sale of City Sweepings, and Barn Fertilizer In Re Truck and trailer Health Dept. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bide for the bide to be received up to the hour of'5 p.m. be opened at ?:30 p.m. of the same date. City garbage, Nov.£4th, to On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded hy Dale and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for the sale of City street sweepin~s and Barn Fertilizer in separate and Joint bids. Bide to be received up to the hour of 5 p.m. Nov.2~th, to be opened at 7:30 p.m. pf the same date. After several votes had been taken on the dif~erent bids resei~ed for furnishing the City Health Dept. with a 1½ ton truck and a two ton trailer, it was decided to accept the bid of the Moreland Motor Truck Co. for the truck ohs.sis and the bid of the Wm. F. Lutz Co. for the trailer, same to be ratified at the Board's next regular meeting Nov.l?th,l~lg. A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn was duly seconded by Dale and carried.
