Co.hearing On motion of Truste= Chapman, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the application of L.B.Hill for a permit to store 50 gals. of gasoline at 112~ West Highland for the purpose of producing an auto top dressing, was ret'erred to a committee, Trustees Chapman and Dale and Fire Chief Luxembourger were appointed as such committee, On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the request of the Orange Co. Garage Co, to install one 295 gal. gasoline tank and one 100 gal. distillate tank underground on their premises at the Southeast corner of Sycamore and 6th, was granted under the supervision of the Fire Chief On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly and City Ordinance. seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the application for m permit of Fred C. Wright and Roy West to conduct boxing exhibitions in the Grand Opera House, was referred to a committee of which the Police Committee be chairman, Trustees Tubbs,Dale and Greenleaf being appointed as such committee. On motion of Trustee Greenlea~,dudy seconded by Dale and carried, the application of Gilbert Wright for a permit to remove the billiard and pool room from 10~5 to 1026 East 4th St. and a permit to conduct a short order counter in rear of same was granted. In the matter of for permission to North half of the the application of Sweetser& Sed~zis re-establish an electric meter in the building located at 41~ N.Main, On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf t~at the request be denied failed to pass by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Chapman and Greenleaf,Noes,Trustees Dale and ~itchell. Absent,Trustee Tubbs. ~n motion of Trustee Dale teat same ~e referred to a committee, was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried.
