On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by and carried, Tubbe the bond of A. E. garhart for $~00.00 with the U. B. Fidelity & Guaranty Oompany sm sureties to construct sidewalks ~d curbs upon publil streets ms ahc~en in map trant ~ 1~ for approval. Steele Finley w a~ ~fo~e the board, was referred to the chair stating that he had 100~ signatures of the property owners for pavi~_~ Highland between ~yea~ore & Broadway with ~" aaphalt~ un oon~rete~ateo askin~ permission to circulate a petition and contract for paving Highland from Main West aa far aa a 100~ petition can be secured. On motion of Trustee Tuhbs duly seconded bY Chapman and[ carried, the request was granted. ~ T~e request of Steele Finley for the ~aount due him at this time from the North Main Street Ie~rovement Bond for paving Main between ~th and 7th Streets, on motion of Trustee T~bs duly seconded by Greenlea~ and carried. That when t~ount due the City for [: Engineering a~d Inspection ~s ~ea~, tl~e requ~ would be ~xanted.
