Board of City Trustees. <br /> <br /> Street Superintendent Dahl reported that he had a eon- <br /> tract signed by the property owners for paving the <br /> 5ilmaker Alley between ~rd and ~th, Birch and Broadway. <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Chapman .~d <br /> carried, the President, and Clerk of the Board were <br /> authorized to sign the contract for the City. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by Chapman and <br /> ea~rled, the Clerk was ImAthorized to sign the Board! <br /> approval of Map Tract ~ 20~, a subdivision on Orange Ave <br /> below Bishop Street. <br /> <br />The Resolution , ordering work to be done and lmprovemen <br />to be made on and along Cypress Avenue and directing the <br />publication and posting of notices inviting sealed pro- <br />poeals for doing said work, was taken up. The Resolu- <br />tloG wac read and considered, designated Resolution <br />Ordering Work, No. 7~O~ the roll wac called, and the <br />resolution passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C. R. Chapman, <br /> <br />Dale, W.A.Oreenleaf, John G. Mitchell. <br /> Noes: Trustees None <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee Ch~apman to adjourn wa~ duly seconded <br />by Tubbs and ca~ried. <br /> <br /> <br />
