John Penn was before the Board asking permission to <br />conduct an Auto Parking Yard on the vacant lots acroem <br />from Birch Park on W. 3rd, Armistice Day. On motion of <br /> <br />Trustee <br />request <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />Dele duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the <br />was granted. <br /> <br />Mr. Dixon Tubbs, representing the Local American Legion <br />Post, was before the Board asking for permission to <br />erect a reviewing stand on Broadway and a stand on ~th <br />between Sycamore and Broadway, to take moving plcturee <br />of ArmietAoe Day.parade. On motion:cf Trustee C2apmam <br />duly seconded Oy Dale and carried, both requests were <br />granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
