On motion of Trustee Tuhbe duly seconded by Oreenleaf and carried, matter was referred to the Board aea committee of the whole. ~r. John Penn was before the Board asking permission to conduct an Auto Parking Yard on the vacant lots acroem from Birch Park on W. 3rd, Armistice Day. On motion of Trustee request # Dele duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the was granted. Mr. Dixon Tubbs, representing the Local American Legion Post, was before the Board asking for permission to erect a reviewing stand on Broadway and a stand on ~th between Sycamore and Broadway, to take moving plcturee of ArmietAoe Day.parade. On motion:cf Trustee C2apmam duly seconded Oy Dale and carried, both requests were granted.
