H. Mallets for permission to move his lunch wagon from lt~ present location on the east aide cf Sycamore between 3rd & ~th Streets to the vacant lot between 4th and 5th on the Eagt side of B~oadway. On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dale and Oarried, same was referred to the Street Commi t tee. On motlon~of Trustee Tuh~s dully seconded hy Dale carried, the monthly reports of the various officers were referred to the finance committee. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded Oy Chapman smd carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warren~ on the Treasurer to cover the finance committee. The demand of A. L. ~aln f or demands am audited by Doctors fees and other expenses caused by the injury to his minor child ing to $11~.56 was on motion.of Trustee Tuhbe duly : seconded by Chapman and carried, referred to the City: Attorney and Attorney Clyde Bishop, as special counse~ and On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dale and carried, the request of F. S. Triplett for e per- mit to conduct a temporary clothes pressing business in e building in the rear of hie lot at ~05 ~. Ross Street. The request was granted with the proviso ~that no cleaning be maintained in connect~$n therewith.
