On motion of Trustee Oreenleaf duly seconded by Dale and carried, the Clerk was instructed to zl~n the Boar~a apFroval of Map Tract 210. On motioD of Trustee Greenleef du~y seconded by Dale and carried, &orlon on bide for furniehing the City with a or Z~ Ton Truck was deferred tc Monday, Nov. 21st, 1921. On motion of Truetee Greenleaf duly seconded by Dale and carried, action on the B. L. Clapp subdivision on Orange Avenue, wes deferred to Monday night, November 14th, # This be~n~ the time and place fixed for the opening of sealed proposale or bids for doing the work and making the~ ~mprovement upon Cypress Avenue ordered done and made by Resolution No. ?~0, the board proceeded to consider the same, and all bids delivered to tbs Clerk were by the Board of Truetees in open session publicly opened, examined and declared, Bids having bben received by the following bidders: Steele Finley- ~tem 1, Item 2, Item ~, GaO.
