A Resolution by the B~ard of Trustees, adopting Specifications for ~he con- struction of Portland Cement Concrete pavement with asphaltic concrete wearing surface, was read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly sec- onded by Dale, that same be adopted, paszed by th~ following vote: Ayes , Trustees H. M. Dale, W. A Greenleaf, and John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None, Abeent: Trustees J. W. Tubbs and C. M. Chapman, # On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded hy Dele and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for paving the following schoo property.
