Board met in regular <br /> <br />Meeting called to order <br /> <br />Present: Trustees Tubbs, <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />PERMIT- James Confectionery. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Request Berkeley City <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Trustee Dale Excused <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention <br /> <br />No. 7oo <br /> <br />Santa Aha City Hall, <br /> <br />May 19th, 1921. ?:0~0 <br /> <br />adjourned session. <br /> <br /> by Pres. Mitchell. <br /> <br /> Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf. <br /> <br />This being the day, hour end place fixed by Resolution of <br />Intention No. 699, when and where any and all persona <br />having any objections to the proposed work or improvement <br />might appear before the Board of Trustees amd show cause <br />why such proposed improvement should ~t be carried out in <br />accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 699. No writ- <br />ten or other protest was filed or presented and no <br />appeared to protest or object to the proposed work or <br />provement, <br /> <br />O~mmot~on~o~tTrus~ee Greenleaf duly meoonded by Dale and <br />carried, James Confectionery store was granted permission <br />to have installed an electric sign in front of their place <br />of business, as per their request under the supervision of <br />the City Electric~tnepeotor. <br /> <br />A communication from the City of Berkeley in reference to <br />this City passing a Resolution endorsing Senate Bill No. <br />39? pert~ning to Hydro-Electric energy. On motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf duly meconded by Chapman and carried, <br />same was ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded & carried, Trustee Dale wa~ ex- <br />cused for the balance of the e~ening. <br /> <br /> In Re- At the hour of ?:30 P. ~. <br />This being the day, hour and place fixed by Resolution of <br />Intention No. ?00 when and where any and all persons hav- <br />ing any objections to the proposed work or improvement <br />might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause <br />why said proposed improvement should not be carried out <br />in accordance with said Resolution.
