Asso. in reference to collections for City Licenses was read and on motion of Trustee Tubba duly seconded by Greenleef and carried, accepted and placed on file for future re- ference. # An invitation from the Santa Ana Post 1~1 American Legion inviting the Board to attend the rece~tion given by the Post Thursday, eve~n~ng May 26th, 1921, at the Armory Hall wa~ on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded bF Greenleaf a~epted. # On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the Clerk was instructed to renew the policy with the State Compensation Insurance Fund for carrying insurance on City Employees. On motion of Trustee Tubbe that the Board take the necessary steps to mtart prooeedin~ to improve sal~ portion of street was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, and on motion by Trustee ~SAbba ~uly seconded by Greenlesf oaxried, City Engineer Hoy was instructed to establish gra~e on the same.
