B. Royce for a street light at l?th and Maybury wac referred to the Street. Committee ~n motion of Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by Dale, and car tied, the Plumber's Bond of Joe Reyburn for $500.00 with Accident and Indemnity Co. aa surety was re- chair for approval. of Trustee Ohapman duly eeoonded by Tubbs and carried, the clerk was instructed to draw a warrant out of the Water Bond Fund $ 5, in favor of the Chase Terry for $4925.00 partial payment for installing boiler at Water plant. On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Greenleaf ~d married the President and Clerk of the Board were author- ized to sign a contract with the Good Roads Machine Co. ference to matter pertaining to Monarch Road Roller for etr est dept. On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dale and car tied, D. O. Shields , Paeto~ Holynece Church was granted permission to conduct a church oam~ meeting at let and Flower Streets.
